Mediation

We offer mediation between two or more parties.

Our conflict mediators are impartial, and their role is to guide the participants through the dialogue and support them in finding sustainable agreements.

Whether it is mediation in a group or between individuals, each mediation is prepared thoroughly, and preliminary meetings are always held before the parties sit together. It is a prerequisite for mediation that the parties participate voluntarily.

Mediation can be considered:

  • between groups or individuals who have gone awry
  • in organizations, associations, and workplaces, where different values make cooperation difficult
  • in families, where strong emotions create fierce oppositions between neighbors and in residents’ associations.

Our mediators have extensive experience with conflict mediation. They have undergone specialist training and an internal approval process.

Sometimes mediation between individuals or groups is not sufficient to handle the conflict, as it is influenced by the culture or structural conditions in the workplace or conditions outside the workplace. In these cases, the mediator draws attention to this and discusses with relevant stakeholders whether more than one mediation should be initiated to handle the conflict also in the longer term.
